Amazon Echo Dot 2nd generation

I found this Amazon Echo Dot at a pawn shop a while ago but never really got around to doing anything with it
The model number is RS03QR, which is the second generation
Got it open with only a bit of trouble, revealing these 6 main sections
Edit: make that 7 main sections, at first I thought that the speaker was built in to the housing but it turns out to be separate
Oooh, that looks like an RFID or possibly NFC sticker in the case. I wonder what it's for?
Whatever it is, I can't seem to get a read of the data
Though I did get it to turn on! (While taken apart)
I got it to be just a bit smaller by taking out the metal frame and using an external speaker, though I don't really have the parts to attempt any hardware mods at the moment, so back to being a physically normal Echo Dot it goes
I'm not getting any data over USB at the moment, although holding the dot button while booting puts it in what I'm 90% sure is a dev mode, where the light turns green and it doesn't respond to any voice commands
And there it is!
It shows up as G090LF1183950HGX using fastboot
And this shows a bit more information (and confirms that the device is locked)
I ran fastboot reboot which worked properly, but now I can't seem to get the device to boot into dev mode
I seem to have gotten the problem fixed by holding all 4 of the buttons while booting
Anyways, here are some better pictures of the 2 PCBs
And here is the main board after removing the metal shielding
Here's the processor and RAM
This chip is for networking, handling both the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth
And this one is a digital to analog converter, used to control the speaker
And finally, this chip is for power management
To be continued...
